1 . BACKGROUND TO THE EXAMINE
Several years ago, that wasn't unusual to see exclusive and public enterprises close down on every day basis in the country. There were several reasons attributed to this kind of phenomenon. They ranged from poor implementation of economic guidelines on the part of the ruling govt, poor bureaucratic skills and techniques, deficiency of proper marketing plans. But moreover, it was due to part or perhaps complete overlook of the consumers' wants and wishes in terms of top quality. The consumers' needs were not paramount in the scheme of things; only their money was. However , this was to change in the late eighties and early nineties and indeed continues to be undergoing alter. There was a stable awakening of customers to their privileges as they were asking for their money's worth. Quality started to be the key phrase, not only within the lips of consumers but also chief professionals and managing as a whole.
These companies worked not only towards a continuous improvement of quality of goods but as well towards better marketing and revenue strategies to improve corporate productivity.
TQM requires unwavering company commitment, significant time and effort, and drastic changes in the organizational tradition and business practices, it is necessary for corporations to clearly understand what it takes to succeed and achieve high performance.
This research hopes to show just how total quality management and improved online strategy affected Benue Brewery Limited. Makurdi in terms of its corporate and business productivity.

This kind of research was carried out as a result of high cost of operations, excessive waste materials of methods, low well-being of worker, low quality of products and services that characterize most corporations in Nigeria. Benue Brewery in its preliminary years, had as emphasis quality of its product, вЂвЂMore Lager Beer''. The quantity cost of development was low but the financial systems of scale were rarely achieved because of small size. In order to have a large amount of the advertising segment from Benue State and the adjacent states.
Benue Brewery Limited. made emphasis on quality and competitive pricing as well as strategic marketing which in turn ensured the product was delivered at the door measures of the buyers. Feedback demonstrated that the consumers were pleased. So what travelled wrong? Why did the corporation dip and what measures were taken to remedy the case? This research will consider:
